Fair Trade Baskets from Ghana

Original Bolga-baskets is a common name for a number of different hand-woven baskets with leather handle.

The baskets are produced by women from North Ghana, who besides farming, are dependent on the basket production as a means of living. 

The basket production is constantly developed with support from Danish artists and designers. The baskets are unique and are produced in a multiple different patterns and colour combinations.
